Nicole+ Erik:: Post-wedding Shoot
I'm pretty excited about today's post. I had approached Nicole a few weeks ago about getting together for a portrait session after her intimate wedding on the Coast, and was so thrilled when she was up for it. We headed out to Battle Ground, Washington to shoot, and had a great time wandering through the woods (with Erik's trusty machete and axe in tow...). I brought along my trusty Hasselblad to get a nice mix of film and digital. I'm such a fan of this kind of shoot for several reasons: it's perfect for any couple that didn't get the time for a long portrait session on their wedding day, and it's a great excuse to get in that wedding dress one more time (and how gorgeous is Nicole's Elizabeth Dye gown?).
